Niharika has over 30 years of international experience in senior HR roles with leading multinationals and has served on management boards at country and Regional levels for DHL and Shell. 

She has coached leaders and high potential individuals at various levels, helping them to achieve success. Niharika has a proven track record of successfully enabling organisations to develop and implement elegant and efficient people practices to significantly improve organisational effectiveness.  

Niharika is solution focused and future oriented, challenging assumptions and stimulating new ideas. Empathetic and intuitive, she uses her deep understanding of people and business to inspire individuals and teams to deliver their full potential. 

.She combines her understanding of human behavior and corporate dynamics with the most appropriate methodology to get the best results for her clients. 

Niharika’s most recent corporate role was as Senior Director Human Resources, DHL Global Forwarding, MENAT (Middle East, North Africa & Turkey)

Before DHL, Niharika was with the Shell Group of Companies in India as Vice-President HR/Country HR Head. Niharika energises people and catalyses productivity & performance.
